As the world’s leading jet tender specialists, the Williams name has been a byword for the engineering excellence and pure boating pleasure since 1996. They design and manufacture tenders for all yacht sizes, which are found on the world’s best yachts such as Sunseeker and Princess.
A new freshwater lake test location was found, which required an all-season boat ramp that would leave no trace behind while also protecting the surrounding environment. Williams Jet Tenders wanted a solution that could be recovered and relocated multiple times, but could also be made permanent if needed. They specifically wanted to avoid sheet piling and pouring concrete.
10m of C40 Trackway® (3.3m width) was delivered pre assembled an deployed with ease by hand, and secured to a concrete plinth with anchor bolts to ensure stability. The boat ramp has been in use daily for the last few years, facilitating the testing of the Jet Tenders.
