Boat Ramp Kit
The Boat Ramp Kit facilitates the easy launch and recovery of watercraft and vehicles by providing a stable, non-slip transition surface between land and water.
Designed for use as either a temporary access route or a semi-permanent installation, the Boat Ramp Kit enables launch and recovery operations in locations where conventional ramp infrastructure is impractical, including tidal zones, freezing water environments, and marshland. Its modular construction allows for rapid deployment in challenging and variable terrain conditions.

- Aluminum panels connected by a tongue and groove joint, with locking bolts to secure

- Half panels every 16 feet for easy splitting and joining
- Withstands repeated passes of vehicles with a gross weight of up to 100 tons
- Supports axle loads of up to 13 tons
- Available in two widths: 11 feet or 13 feet 9 inches
- Deployable by either a Pushframe, a Pushbar, Parbuckling Straps, or by hand
- Withstands repeated passes of vehicles with a gross weight of up to 150 tons
- Supports axle loads of up to 18 tons
- Available in a width of 15 feet
- Deployable by either a Pushframe, a Pushbar, Parbuckling Straps, or by hand
Deployment options
Manufactured from steel and painted as standard, the Pushframe is designed to roll out and recover up to 164 feet of C40 Trackway® or C90 Trackway® by use of a compatible host machine with a quick hitch, or a suitable hitch.
The Pushbar is a galvanised steel device with plastic wheels, designed to roll out and recover up to 131 feet of C40 Trackway® or 98 feet of C90 Trackway® by use of a vehicle with a minimum of 716 lb tow capacity, and either:
- A towing hitch or pin suitable for a 3-inch diameter towing eye
- 2-inch trailer towing hitch ball
