Heavy Ground Mobility System
The Heavy Ground Mobility System is designed to optimise the mobility of heavy-duty vehicles across demanding terrain. Comprising M150 Trackway® paired with a custom deployment and recovery system, it provides a robust solution for critical applications such as route clearance, ingress and egress bridging, and over-the-shore operations, ensuring reliable performance in extreme conditions.
Engineered for use in demanding terrain conditions such as snow, marsh, mud, and sand, this system is optimised for heavy tracked and wheeled vehicles, including tanks, tank carriers, and bridge transporters, ensuring reliable performance across diverse operational environments.
The system integrates a deployment and recovery mechanism, paired with M150 Trackway®, delivering a highly effective solution for route clearance, bridging ingress and egress, parking areas, gap crossings, and over-the-shore operations.
M150 Trackway® consists of precision-engineered aluminium alloy panels that interlock through a sliding joint mechanism and secure with quick-release locking bolts. This configuration enables the rapid creation of durable, load-bearing access routes across challenging terrain, ensuring operational continuity in demanding environments.

Deployment options
The Trackrack® is a specially designed device for the launch and recovery of up to 50 metres of M150 Trackway®. Manufactured from steel and featuring a hydraulic motor, the Trackrack® base can be mounted to any commercial or military DROPS/PLS enabled chassis.
Featuring an independent power pack, the Independent Trackrack® is lighter in design, with self-sufficient hydraulics and electrical power supplies for the deployment of 30 metres of M150 Trackway®.
Compatible with a front-end loader or telescopic handler, the Heavy Beam Dispenser deploys and recovers up to 30 metres of M150 Trackway®.
